Programme Management
What is it?
Program Management is the process of managing multiple, ongoing inter-dependent projects. This can be as simple as a set of projects which use a common resource pool to a highly complex, global change programme consisting of over a hundred separate projects.
In an organisation, Program Management is a way of coordinating resources (i.e. people) across projects, departments, and sometimes separate group companies.
How can I help?
I have extensive experience of delivering a number of complex programmes. Many of these have had a heavy technology element and most have resulted in considerable change being delivered.
I have a number of methods to help understand, plan and manage various related projects.
Project Management is like juggling three balls – time, cost and quality. Programme Management is like a troupe of circus performers standing in a circle, each juggling three balls and swiping balls from time to time.
